What kinds of things can I discuss during my session?

Anything and everything: This is your safe place to discuss whatever may be troubling you, without judgment or fear.

  • Work issues?
  • Stressed with persistent relationship issues?
  • Communication problems?
  • Financial troubles?
  • Self-worth and reflection?
  • Grief and loss?
  • Military or Law Enforcement anxiety

The aim is to get to know you and build a rapport to understand why you have sought out counselling. Then to respond to you, and help you navigate those issues and give the proper information.

From there, to implement a strategy of goal setting and milestones to make each step of the process easier. To check in with you during the process to discuss if there is anything else troubling you.
